The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur.

Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Location. Also the owner was very kind! There was not a hairdryer, but he bought a new one in the same day.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked
fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during
the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery
store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes
walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches
of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau.
Price/quality is good.

Brand new hotel. Furniture, crockery etc are of very good quality.Excellent combination of Apartment and Hotel. Despite being givenas an apartment, it is cleaned on daily basis which is great, espwith families. - The fact that it has been fully refurbished recently, and that it is actually a small two-room flat for a very low price!
