Sous l'Olivier is at the end of a windy road, a 5-10 minutes drive from the center of Menton. There is a shortcut if you are on foot.

Good sized apartment with a magnificent sea view. We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel).

we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

This is the best place I have ever stayed after more than more than 20 years of travelling I have found heaven! Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness.
