The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. the hotel is lovely, staff is best ever, friendly, they smile, l& the help you in anything, love them, room is super nice, but its small ,very modern & nice.

day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very
good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very

Great welcome. Discreet and helpful members of staff. Excellent location. This was great for me as I cannot walk for a long time. I was then able to stay in the vicinity, have a good time but still come back to rest in between. I loved the bath and shower. It was very clean. I loved the collection of art books and wished I had had more time to enjoy the mezzanine to read.

The hotel is well situated to visit all the major tourist attractions.
The hotel was decorated in French chic style. Our room was beautiful. It
was great to be able to make a cup of coffee in thenroom after a day of
sightseeing. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely
come and stay in this hotel again.

Price/quality great, hotel is just as good as many other 4 star for half of price. Big room and I got a kingsize bed. Friendly reception, multi-lingual also dutch. - The ease of getting around paris from the hotel. The metro is right out side the hotel front doors and on a main line direct into Paris centre.

The service felt very well - the employees in the receipt were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast felt well and more than enough.
The distance to the city centre and to all important places of interest is excellent. After a few walking minutes we were at the metro station. From there we were at the Arc de Triomphe after few stations .

our room was large and comfortable. We were very pleased it was a
quiet place to stay away from the busy roads. The staff were excellent
and nothing was too much trouble. Will be going back on our next

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
