Our hotel room was amazing aswell as the bathroom! If you like luxury then I would totally recommend this hotel. I have stayed in Paris a few times but was the 1st time staying at opera diamond and I will certainly be staying here the next time, my sister and I stayed in a premier king room and was superb! Location great! 15 minute walk at the most to champs élysées , st Lazare train station 1 minute away not even that! We even visited disneyland and took the rer from auber station which is a 3 minute walk and took 40 minutes on train for only 7euro!

Amazing interior. The rooms and entrance are just beautiful. The staff is helpfull. Close to the train station and the subway. I would definitely go back.

Convenient location in central Paris and relatively good value for money; large room with an excellent shower.

the staff was very very kind. the room was absolutely gorgeous. it is a great location for shopping and the sights are gorgeous. if you want views of monuments this is not the place but the price and location is amazing. you are quickly close by metro to anything you want. i appreciated the proximity to shopping and metro. i felt super safe, super comfortable and must say in all my stays in paris it was by far the most comfortable! gorgeous rooms and i cannot wait to stay here again. i love the rain shower and felt it was very romantic and want to come back!

The location just next to Saint Lazaret Station is very convenient. The people at reception are friendly, the dark decoration is awesome.... the room was clean and the bed comfortable, everything new and prim and proper. We had a room to the back yard, it was very quiet.

The free WiFi caused us some headache but the people at the reception were very helpful to sort out our various WiFi problems.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room size is excellent for a hotel in central Paris. 22 Sq meters. Very neat room and bathroom. We had a smart price for August in Paris.

Though not in the very center, it is a walking distance from the Madeleine and the great department stores, and you have the gare Saint Lazare ( metro and train) just across.

This hotel is in a perfect location to explore all Paris has to offer; sights, shopping, metro, eating. The hotel decor is fabulous, the rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was more than adequate with something for everyone. Would definitely use again.

We did not have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, nor another coffee making facilities, as indicted by the hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I cannot understand why it has 4* when it does not have a restaurant. You need a degree to work the lighting in the bedroom. The taps in the bathroom were irritating. you had to grovel on the floor to turn on the heated towel rail.The metro goes under this hotel and can be clearly heard in the bedroom! The room was comfortable but the airconditioning had a mind of its own. The internet radio on the TV did not work. I could not recommend this hotel.

We were downgraded to a basic from from a superior room as the superior room was smelling of smoke.The room was very small and despite asking for the reduced price for the basic room this was refused

Construction work going on inside hotel which caused major inconvenience. Rooms were not sound proof as they advertised. Food available inside hotel was brief and tasteless. Rooms layout was not good at all.
