Everything except ammenities. The staff is great, excellent! location!

Friendly, helpful staff, great location in the 6th district of Paris but on a quiet street. Pleasant room, small but comfortable. Good climate control as well as a nice openable window.

The stairway was easy to access but the steps were worn away under the carpet, so some were a little slanted. We had to be careful, especially going down.

My french is limited but the staff was more than helpful in English. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel was on a quiet side dstreet and the location was excellent; within walking distance to the Louvre, Rue de Rivoli and Bon Marche. Plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Being an older buidling the doors to the rooms when opened or closed were noisy. The TV didn't work.

The location was perfect! Very clean room,The bed was very comfortable. very nice and helping staff.

the room vas a bit too small. Also there was no coffee or tea in the room.

Great location

The room was bare at best and small, but had threadbare look and no closet. Good bathroom and bed, but rest of room needed major makeover

The breakfast in our room, the wonderful bed and good shower, and close proximity to shopping and sightseeing. We left a bag in the hotel, and we were already at the train station. We called the hotel and they were a great help to us, and they sent a taxi with the bag.

The room was very small, especially for the price. We reserved a taxi, and as soon as we entered the taxi there was already a fee of 15 euros. We cancelled the taxi, and did not have to pay. We found our own taxi and it only cost us 10 euro total.
