Our Apartment was 500m from Eiffel Tower, on silent street Rue de Monttessuy. Design of apartment was simple, but pleasure. Also we liked furniture and big windows. Useful was free WiFi. There was all that necessary, but dishwasher was without detergent and there weren't bags for trash. Before to went to apartment, we need to take keys from the other address - this not convenient, especially late evening with baggage and with two children. Need to pay attention that for a week before arrival.
todos opiniões » Location, location, location!!! Can't say enough good about the location. The apartment was a true Paris apartment and the building had some old charm. We loved it! Even the tiny elevator was fun! When you're there, just go with it and don't let the little things bother you to much!. Amazing location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, not to mention the Metro and tourist sites such as the Eiffel tower and Les Invalides... Great location,everything was near(shops,reastaurants,metro...). In the apartment, we felt very comfortable. There was everything we needed. Near Eiffel Tower. everything. I like the location and the home feeling at the apartment. You can see tour Eiffel from the bedroom window. Great location. Dishwasher was without detergent and there weren't bags for trash. By the corners was dust. While it wasn't the end of the world, the apartment needs some some work... -Couch was stained -Bathroom shower was dirty -The door handle on the bathroom came off and we had to fix it. Minor issues, but should be addressed. Also, getting the key from across town was a bit of a hassle but it turned out ok... The bathroom seat was broken and was very uncomfortable...apart from that, the apartment was in excellent conditions... The staircase in the house was always terrible odor. I did not have internet for the whole period. The toilet is situated at the centre of the house without proper ventilation. After someone poo, the whole house got the smell. Hahha.. The stairs, and a very annoying neighbor complaining about the noise at every hour. Washing machine did not work, contacted staff but nothing was done. Apartment is dirty, needs a good clean, particularly the bathroom. Very rude tenant living downstairs who screamed at my 3 year old for simply talking in the hallway. Very noisy neighbors, old women. My children afraid to walk outside the appartment.
