Great view from the rooms facing the marina. From these rooms after 8 pm
you get a nice view on the street that is closed for public traffic and
made a long pedestrian zone with musicians and artists and a lot of
people. The rooms are modern and really clean. A lot of great
restaurants are along the street. It's worth to take a nice walk
around the little harbour and through the old city.

I loved the fact it was a relaxed atmosphere,not stuck up like somehotels. The hotel was clean and well presented with a pretty garden to relax in and where you could also take breakfast in the covered out door dinning area. We are both entranced by the charming ambience of the hotel. It suited
our needs perfectly. The bedroom was large and lovely. The breakfast
room was decorated in a pale yellow , patterned china cups and saucers
took us back to a relaxed, gentle era. The rose garden and traditional
sculptures were enchanting too. What a perfect "retreat" after
enjoying the many things of interest in La Rochelle. We plan to return
to the same hotel next year.

The staff kindlyhelped me call the emergency number and patiently waited forinstructions on how to release all of my travel clothing. Recently refurbished, this is a very comfortably hotel in a superb location. Just 60 seconds walk from the old port where you can see the three towers for which La Rochelle is aptly famous and just around the corner from the Rue Saint Jean du Perot where you can find a range of excellent restaurants.

What a gem!!!!!! Lovely friendly welcome. Beautiful, sparkling clean hotel. Very centrally located.Our bedroom overlooked a small private garden,with chairs and tables. Just so sweet! A real treat!!!!!! All members of staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and answer all our questions. Would highly recommend. A+++. Thank you all so much.
