The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. The apartments are really nice, in a very central position, just 5 minutes walking from the cathedral, but in a quite street. They are bright, comfortable (for 4 or 5 people), clean. The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.

Good location, Walking distance to Reims centre, underground car park on site, very helpful reception staff, ( on arrival our allocated room smelled of tobacco smoke, on complaining to reception they where very apologetic and upgraded to a suite for our inconvenience. -

The room was adequately equipped for my family and the beds were big and comfortable. The proximity of the hotel to the centre is very good and the parking space available was excellent. The addition of a dishwasher in the mini kitchen was very nice indeed and electric cooker and microwave made making simple meals for the day trip easier. The price I would say is just right for a family if four. Ample living space, clean showers and toilets.

The simple box design of the hotel makes it look very austere, but once inside it's very nice, rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant area is pleasant. Plenty of onsite secure parking. Great hotel for the traveller, but not one for charm and atmosphere. -
