My wife and i stayed one night in this hotel between flights. It is very close to the airport. Just go to the Terminal 2 arrivals and cath the bus from stand number 10/11. Is right in front of the door of the terminal e where the supermarket is. Get the free blue bus that make the route T1-T2-Parking Lot 4a and Parking Lot 4b. Get of the bus in the parking lot 4B and continue walking in the same direction than the bus. Cross the road and get the right path. You can see the hotel. THe hotel is.
todos opiniões » Forenom Hotel was very very good for us - tourists who likes to prepare the food themselfs, who didn't need SPA & ******, who are not reach. Everythings was usefull and clean - kitchen, showers, WFi! And one of the best things is very simple connection with Airport (7 min. on foot) and with Helsinki (3 min. on foot to the Bus Stop, 4,5 Euro/pers in 40 min). Forenome Hotel trust the tourist, and because of it they feel there like in their own house. See you next time! Congratulation for Hote. The proximity to the airport, not more than 15min by foot. Not necessary to check in/out as you get the passcode by sms before arrival, just enter the code and all doors will open. There is everything in the room to serve a breakfast (microwave, teapot, dishes, cups, knives, forks, spoons, table towels etc.) Fast enternet. Very calm. I met once in the corridor a neighbour, though the hotel was booked near full. A good compromise to stay a night between the flights. This guest house is located by the Vantaa Airport (about 10min by foot) and there's a bus stop next to it, where you can catch bus 615 to Helsinki downtown. A room in Forenom Koto has all the basic stuff one should need for his or her stay. the price is incredibly cheap, so i expected sth old and ugly..but the room was new, tidy, had all the necessary equipment for cooking, tv, fridge even :). free wifi (very fast btw). i would definitely visit forenom koto again !. Stand 11 at Terminal2, get off at 4B keep walking in the same direction and take the left fork which goes up to the front door of the hotel. really interesting hostal with no receiption and by 4pm of my check-in date, i received msg about room number and passcode, everything is clean and comfortable, free airport parking bus to hostal is surprise. Nice clean room, fully equipped. Don't be afraid of shared bathroom- it's clean and has lots of space- no queues. Location 10 min walk from terminal. Free airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The hotel is keyless entry with a keycode sent the day of your stay to either a mobile or email. However, they did not send me my keycode until 3:20pm in the afternoon of the day of arrival which necessitated me checking my email repeatedly before knowing I would access the hotel. There is no check in before 4pm as well. First no one at the airport taxi heard of such a hotel.It took a while for them to get me the address.The taxi dropped me off at the hotel and I found the email I received had the wrong pin code if I would not have had a a phone I think I would never had got in.It was -5 while I had to figure out to get in .Not fun. Shower and toilet not in appartament. durty plates in the kitchen, the was not shampoo or shower gel at the shower. Lights and fridge made noises. no sauna. Very difficult to find out. I suggest to add more and more sign near the vanta airport or beside road for travelers who can not use google map..... There is no reception desk! That would solve a lot of issues. The whole place lacks good instructions on where to find what and how. No way to find the WiFi access code! It took forever to locate the bathroom, after attempting to open several doors. This is definitely not a hotel but a high-class hostel. No warning on the site that towels/bed linen, etc. are not included. The neighbour doors were shutting and making noise since early morning. I understand people were leaving on that time.... No staff on hand to help if needed one, unless I couldn't see intercom. We had to call twice to Forenom's main reception, asking codes. The staff sent us one code, for the other one we had to call again, waisting money and our time... Shared toilet & bathroom. No staff. Thermostat was broken so room was 30C hot. Soap for handwashing, but no soap in showers (liquids not allowed on airplane). no direction signs on airport too soft beds check in after 16 00. Nobody sent me a door key. So I had to spent about 30$ to call them. bookings did not give code to enter or access room--if someone did not come because we had late plane--would have been outside in cold all night---no employees at hotel. Lack of amenities, staff and atmosphere. The room could be provide with a washbasin. Keycode for room was sent just 30 min. Before checking in and after calling letsbookhotel.com... . Should be sent in the morning of arrival already!. This a hostel, not a hotel. All facilities are shared. The only plus that it is in a walking distance to the airport. It was very expensive for the quality of the hotel. The room was ok, but the noise from the fridge and form other door codes all night was not pleasent. It would be useful to have sme indications from the airport to the hotel, nobody knows it and sometimes there are no paths for walking, we took almost one hour walking arround with our bags, when the hotel is 10/15 minuts away. Common toilets. Far from the center, low standard for the price. No food, no drinks, no service. Forenom service desk did not know where the Forenom Koto hotel was located. When I asked directions from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, they did not know which route I should take to get to the hotel. You should also inform the guests that if they want to have tea or coffee they should bring their own teabags or coffee with them. You somehow expect that in a hotel they are available, if there is a kettle and a coffee maker. at the dirt! in the room where we were settled, there was no clean underwear! No toilet paper, etc. This is a terrible hostel. No service. Common shower and toilet. Dirty. SMS with the enter code was sent to me later than promised.
