I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...
