Nice bed, choice of pillows. Pretty good hair-dryer in the bathroom.   Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...
