Very close to the central part of the city, expecially to the railroad station - 5-10 minutes by walk! We found everything people need to live at the apartment, everything was working, including internet connection. Easy to check in - no need to look for people at reception to leave keys, you may take and leave them anytime at the office post pocket, aiport or railroad station. No disturbing neighbours. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Apartment changed to a better one, staff very helpful, generally comfortable

The original apartment we poorly maintained: leaking toilet, loose toilet seat, lamps not working (ceiling, hob etc), washing machine not working.

We were 4 people that were staying in one of the bigger apartments with the sauna. The convertable sofa was supprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Great location in the middle of the city. Great value overall

Getting keys from the airport on arrival. Small but cosy.

Location was excellent for city centre. Everything available in the apartment for self catering. Excellent value for money. Privacy guaranteed.

Towels are only changed on Wednesdays, you need to inform staff (not on the premises) by Tuesday 16:00 if you want new towels. The information is on a notice board inside the apartment. I only read it on Tuesday at 17:00.

Very comfort accomodation in the center of Helsinki (10 min to Railroad station, 5 min to Kamppi and Autobus station). A lot of useful facilities in the apartment (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.)

Great location - made extensive use of tram line 2. Facilities great, particularly the Sauna.

Could not work out how to turn the heating down? Minor point the wifi did not work for one day. Ended up having to reset the 3G device myself.

The apartment was cozy, clean, bright! There were everything necessary for life: hair dryer, dishes, towels, dishwasher, kitchen corner. Also it was 5 minutes from center of Helsinki

Hotel can put a bottle of the water and breakfast just for first night or morning. I am sure, I won't prefer next time citykoti downtown apartments. I think, It has not 4stars. It is expensive than other similar bed and breakfast hotels. There is no even breakfast even the towel for foot. It wasn't very safety because main door was open during day also all night.

cosy apartment in a nice district, close to the centre. kitchen fully equipped. clean.

no lift !!! our apartment was at the 5th floor without lift and it was exhausting to carry our luggage to the flat. very small bathroom, i banged into the walls and washbasin. an outside glass of the triple glazing window was broken.

The apartment was small but had everything we needed. Bed lovely and firm. Very helpful staff - we had difficulties with the washing machine mid cycle but two maintenance men came that afternoon to repair it so we didn't have to get on a flight with a bag full of wet clothes.

A centrally located city apartment that offers everything that it advertises.

Washing machine in the bathroom....although it was a godsend, greatly reduced the usable space in the bathroom, and required servicing, as it did not spin dry clothing adequately. Blinds and venetians malfunctioned, making the apartment either extremely light, or dark.

It has realy best location than it ever could be. In 2 minutes u can be near the railway station. Agreeable prices. Sweet, clean apartments.

Location is pretty good. It's placed in the city downtown, which is very convenient if you plan sightseeing in the city center.

Room was very tiny. But if the period of your stay short and you plan only to sleep in the there then it's not a big problem. There is no elevator.

The two young women in the office, Margit & Marge, are friendly, competent, professional, and intelligent (not to mention beautiful). I extended my visit twice, and they were very helpful making that happen. They know The City, and had great ideas for sights to see.

I had a rather unpleasant encounter with their cleaning guy, who, alas, did not get the word that I had arranged for a late checkout my last morning. The guy was way, way out-of-line and got fairly angry over such a simple paperwork error. To his credit, he later apologized, which is good. It certainly would not stop me from staying there again, and this unfortunate little episode has little to do with Citykoti's management.

I could find everything i needed in the room (I mean stuff)

We had to return a room key early before 10.00. It isn't so convenient for me. Usually in hotel such time before 12.00

Excellent price, considering this is a Nordic country. Located right at the city center, 2 steps from Kamppi Station. A number of convenience stores are also very close by. Inside the apartment, everything was very clean and new.

Building entrance is sketchy. Paper towel was not properly renewed and we had to buy our own.

I liked this apartment. The location is perfect, just 5 mins walk to Kammpi and city centre, 10 mins walk to railway station. There are a lot of shops around. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sauna is good. We cooked by themselves and we didn't feel any lack of dishes. The apt is in 7 mins walk from the beach. The price is perfect especially if you travel and live with your friends or family. It can save your money. In the bedroom there is comfortable and really big bed, in living room they provide cosy sofa that can be bed for two also. There are a lot of light and space in apartment.

It will be better if the host provides some salt, sugar, tea and coffee. We bought big package of salt and sugar and tea and left them in apt for future guests. Early check out is not good also.

Very efficient in the layout and was easy to use. The apartment had everything neccessary for our use and stay.

Shower curtain could have been a little wider to prevent water from splashing so far onto the floor--could have been user error on our part.
