Terrific service! When it was determined that our vehicle was too tall
for the garage that the hotel works with, they found an alternative
parking lot for the same price. We appreciate very much that the hotel
is pet-friendly. WiFi is strong, the beds are comfortable, and the
breakfasts are good. And the location is great. We would stay here
if/when we return to Cuenca.

The staff were exceptional! Several speak English very well, but every single person there made us feel like an invited guest. The location is absolutely perfect for sight seeing in Old Town, shopping, visiting the local market, and relaxing in a local park. The food is very good and the bar/restaurant is beautiful!

I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I would have to say that
the staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly.
From arranging taxis to an earlier than normal breakfast for us to
recommending restaurants during Carnival when most places were closed.
This was a fantastic experience. Mucho gracias to all the staff.

Wonderful stay , very romantic hotel giving the feeling of honeymoon even after many years marriage .
