Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
