Lovely hotel, welcoming atmosphere. Staff very helpful. Breakfast provided lots of choice with subtle variations in selection each morning. Room spotless, well maintained on a daily basis.

Centrally located.

There is no wi-fi in the rooms. No access to sauna and wellness area for the hotel guests. On top it there is no mention that this is for additional costs in the description.

Great location. The breakfast was OK, lots of options.

The most annoying thing was that there were no electric sockets near the bed or anywhere in convenient locations - we found 1 in the bedroom near the entrance and the other under the desk (in another room) - very inconvenient when you want to charge your phones and keep them close for the alarm...

I liked the hotels for being close to the center. Rooms are very neat, beds are pretty comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was fantastic!

I wish there was free water in the rooms and wider range of TV channels. Also wifi in the lobby was not as fast and simple and I wish there was wifi in he rooms too, that would be helpful.

Location and Comfort. We were able to walk for 3 days without using the Trams or Metro. 2 minutes from the Biggest mall and the old city hall. The hotel looks great and the receptionists are English speaking and very helpful.

The breakfast was so-so, but that is a minor complaint.

Admirable old Architecture and associated history.

Currency exchanges are in general very big cheaters and better be conservative while shopping as the rates are inflated even for European standards.

The closeness of the old town and the sights of Prague, all within walking distance. Taxi rank at the end of the street, for travel up to the Castle and Petrin Hill. Both these places were great to visit, the walk back to Prague, scenic and downhill.

The proximity to Old Town Square.

The elevator seemed slow, and often did not work at all (all litghts went out and elevator stood still) - breakfast scrambled eggs were running and look unappealing. A pot of coffee per table would have been nice.

Very good location at the center of the Praha 1, nice staff, rooms are maked up every day, good breakfast.

No wifi in rooms, only cable LAN connection. However, they do not make a secret from it, and clearly state it in descriptions and everywhere, so you know what to expect.

The service from the staff was first class. When we arrived we did not like our room so they gave us 3 other rooms to choose from. Breakfast - plenty of variety and good quality. Excellent location

Hotel was close to all the main attractions in Prague, the staff were curteous and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of choice at breakfast. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and would definately stay at this hotel again if we returned to Prague.

Central location and staff at the Hotel in reception, portering and housekeeping were very friendly ,accomodating and informed..Bagette Bread was great.

Breakfast did not vary in 7 days.Hot food was overcooked and cold.English Tea bags were not supplied in house in rooms.Tea pots had no lids .Extra charges for cappuccino were required .No On a cold evening Hot chocolate was not available at the bar in the evening. We did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was not of the standard .If breakfast was mediocre then dinner was not inviting.

Everything was good but nothing was outstanding! That is the best way to describe the hotel. When leaving we met the most amazing porter, friendly and just made you feel special but everyone else was helpful but there was no going any extra mile to make you stay special.

I hated having 2 single quilts on our double bed. The carpet was seriously stained and I was worried about walking bare foot on it. I asked for some milk for coffee and the bar woman was rude because they had closed. The scrambled eggs one morning were like a soup they were dangerously undercooked. Finally, the room we booked (for our 10th wedding anniversary) was nothing like the superior double pictures. All smallish things but they meant it was at best average.

The hotel is spacious in the foyer and looks very modern. The breakfast has a wide selection if a bit different to my palate. The staff were friendly and courteous but a bit distant. I would have liked gentle banter when possible. I have to allow for the staff being busy.

On-line the hotel looks as if it is situated on a wide area, instead it is located on a rather narrow street and the front could do with a make-over if only to make it more noticable. The bedclothes (linen) was awful. There was a small duvet that barely covered the single bed. I barely slept the whole week I was there. Also the pillows were a joke. There was one small pillow like a football and a big flat pillow that was so soft that it flattened into nothing. Not a good experience.
