The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. Had left some camera memory cards behind in room, contacted hotel and Katerina from front desk sent them on to us. Top marks for that! -

Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price.

This is a fairly basic hotel which is ideal for someone on a budget, The staff spoke very good English. The breakfast was good. It is ideally situated for the main railway station and tram routes to any part of the city. -
Reception gave directions into centre and provided a tram ticket and instructions.
