  Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square. Apartment (Metropolitan) was a huge 2 bedroom that was clean and well provisioned. Will use again when we return to Prague. - The location was very nice, we could reach everywhere in Prague by walk. Very elegant refurbishment for this hotel (4 stars+ type) that just opened in Dec08.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3.   The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful.
