I had a confortable room and it was easy to get a good massage

The actual town of Karlovy Vary not the hotel

The fact that I booked a double room and got a single room. At the time of registration the lady behind the desk was surly and having a conversation with 2 other lady staff members. In light of that I did not bother to push it as I was only there 4 nights.

the staff were not too friendly
