Extremely friendly receptionist, the girl gave us valuable hints concerning restaurants and other acitivities and helped us to find a proper free parking lot near the accomodation. The central location of the house in the old town of beautiful Zadar is brilliant, just a five minute walk to the sea organ at the shore. Very good price.
The cooking equipment of the kitchen could be improved (e.g. there were no eggcups in our apartment). There is no direct sunlight so the place is a bit dark and it lacks a balcony, but such places are rare to find in Zadar due to the construction of the city and you cannot have it all, this is just a small minus not worth considering.

Location right next to the Roman Forum, with a view on the famous Pilar of Shame. Less than a minute walk to the Zadar City center. Parking spot right next to the apartment, although the entrance is very narrow. Very friendly, on the edge of being overly helpful, personel. Lovely studio, small but sufficient.

Stairs are extremely narrow. Difficult to get suitcases up to the top floor. Parking is tricky. Have to navigate a very narrow opening to get your car in. Bathrooms are very small. ( but nicely done)
The position is really central (a bit chaotic if you get there on a busy holiday saturday), 100 m far from the Sea organ and Donat square. The apartment looked like it had been recently renovated, big enough for two people and all the suitcases. The staff was very gentle and helpful.
Even if they claim the parking is for free, it is quite overfilled of residents' cars, who were by the way not happy to see us occupying precious space. Anyway, there's toll parking all around.

The apartments were a compact but comfortable. The ones on the top floor are the largest but then you have to be prepared to walk up the flights of stairs with your luggage. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff were so helpful. We were a bit concerned about finding the apartments and finding parking but the young man even waited at the end of the road to guide our car in and ensured we had a free parking space I front of the apartments. He helped with luggage and the girl member of staff exp,aimed all the sights and area. The apartment was at the top of the building with lots of stairs but that was fine and it's spaciousness and comfort made up for that. Good central location
A bit difficult to locate and we had to go around a one way system 3 times to find it and part way on foot. Not being able to reserve a parking space in advance. Some people may Fi d the spiral steep stairs difficult.

The friendliest staff I've ever seen. And after all everything is about people. So no matter how much one could like the venue (perfectly clean, nice tableware, all the necessary cooking utensils, nice shower and so on), but for me the most important part of every stay is the people. And the hotel staff - the were just perfect, helpfull, enthusiastic, positive. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

It's central, close to everything and very easy to access whether by car or on foot. The exterior and the staircase may put off at the beginning, but the interior of the studio is well designed and clean. I could see that all studios have the same furniture sets. Great thanks for the warm welcome.
The location was really good, in the city center, and 2m to the seaside where we can swim. The staff was very helpful, we took the tour form the appartment, to the KARA national park, the tour was great, we really have had a nice time!
The price maybe a little bit high, but it is worthy.
The lady al The desk was So hulpfull and friendly! We had an issue with our rental car and she also helped us with the problem by calling. She even helped us with the carrying the luggage because we were in the hiest floor. Excellent service and the apparment was modern,new and perfectly cleaned.
It's just a pitty that it is located in zadar. Because I think there are much beautiful cities I'm Croatia.

Extremly narrow spiral stairs, and staircase. With bigger suitcase it is very hard to go up or come down, especially if your apartman is on the third floor. The lady from the staff helped us, but it was a little training to come down or go up 3 floors. Do not choosethe apartman, if you are not in a good condition.

Apartment Donat is a beautiful accommodation especially it is in centre of old town. Zadar is a lovely place to stay.

3 floors up a spiral staircase to our apartment was not ideal. Staff will carry luggage up and down but if you are older or not so fit then a lower floor should be requested.

Well situated and central to Zadar, the staff were very helpful, we had difficulty finding the apartment, called their number and someone came to meet us outside a local bar. The apartments are right in the City centre and very convenient for everywhere, you must visit the fruit and veg market and sample the produce, in particular the cherries The kitchen was well equipped, along with the bathroom. .
The apartment was very small with no outside facility, which we expected, therefore was quite dark. One side of the the bed was pushed up against a wall with no lighting which was uncomfortable.

I was in two minds if I should this review - the first selfish and the other as a thank you to the owners. The location is fantastic - if you want to be right in old town Zadar, warning - you will be so in the 'action' that the church bells might wake you up - but that is part of the charm. The apartments are 'cosy' but well designed and well kitted out - the water hot, the appliances worked and the bed comfortable. The people who run this place should get a mention - nothing is too much trouble. There is someone on-site for most of the day, and if you have hired a car, this can be useful - the parking can be challenging but good fun and the staff make sure everything is ok. Everything in old town Zadar is a max of 10 mins away - the sea organ is 2 mins. My wife and I loved our stay here and really did not want to leave - and we will come back - which brings me back to my opening remark - I want to be able to get a room in the future!!

Katarina and her colleagues at the front desk was amazing!!! Thank you guys!!! They made us feel very welcome, provided us with local information, booked our taxi to the airport, held our bags on our final day, etc. - brilliant hospitality! The location was superb - right by the famous Sea Organ and by the old town. The apartment itself was really well equipped, and a great shower! Whatever anyone says about this place not having a lift or complaining about the stairs - idiots! It's a listed building anyway so wouldn't get planning permission for a lift installation, and anyway, there's only a few steps!

Really friendly staff, went out of their way to accommodation us. We arrived at 10:00 and were still able to check in. On one morning, after getting a breakfast recommendation from the staff, we started walking to the restaurant when it started raining. Out of nowhere the guy from the front desk pops up with two umbrellas for us - he had chased us down.
Excellent central location and completely renovated rooms which are very clean and comfortable. The stairs are narrow and winding however they will assist with your luggage. The staff is very helpful and accommodating advising of what there is to do in Zadar and offering a good quality restaurant named The Bruschetta. Zadar's historic area is very nice to walk around and is approximately a 10 minute taxi ride to the bus station. We really enjoyed our short stay in Zadar as it was just an overnight for us but I would recommend staying for a couple of nights.

You can hear the church very well every morning at 7AM. But it wasn't such a big deal.

the staff are nice and helpful, but at the time we arrive ( already informed in email of our arrival time), there is no one , luckily the neightbour help us to call them, the rooms is good n comfortable, its jz few min to the centre, very close.
we are assigned the top floor, its hard to carry our 2 big luggages up to 3/4 floor throughout the very narrow stairs, anyway my husband did it himself.

This is a very friendly, clean and well serviced place. Parking though difficult is available. The hotel is central to what you want to see but a little difficult to find. Calling the hotel to guide you in is helpful. Modern rooms in an old building combine charm with convenience.

Superlative service. Sanya was amazing helping us in so many ways to get mobile working, excursions, restaurants, rides and so much more. Location is great.Very reasonable fee to go to airport.
Stairs could be a challenge for some. Sloping ceiling on top floor room in bathroom and dining a bit annoying if you are tall. Shower very tight fit and entrance quite low.
The location is good and near to the beach. The staff in the hotel are really helpful.
Staff were fantastic. Really friendly ,incredibily helpful including booking us on a boat trip and getting time tables for local bus services. The location is also superb, right in the middle of the old town.Plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The church bells woke us up at 7am but it was a beautiful sunny day so it wasn't a problem. You could always keep your windows closed and the air conditioning on if you want to block out the bells.
