We stayed at the two bedrooms apartment at the Duplancica Dvori street. The apartment was very clean and newly decorated. WiFi worked perfectly. The balcony was nice but not suitable fo sunbeds. The kitchen had everything you could need, extra credit for the freezer. The location was good, the sea is near and easy to reach by walk. The harbour is also nearby so it's easy to take a ferry and travel to the islands, for example. There are also several groceries nearby. We were able to pay our stay.
todos opiniões » It is a very cosy and comfortable apartmant with a very equiped kitchen with large open balcony with flowers in the heart of tradition Dalmatic city with historick and rather morden buildings and a good view around. It was also very nice that every place in vich tourist needs is very close to this apartment: Diokletian palace and old town, museums, port with passangers lines, central bus station, a very good sand beach and tradition Dalmatic market where everyone could get everything: fresh veg. Bojan was great. Very friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage up the stairs and kept my luggage for me when I went to Hvar the next day. The room and toilet were very clean. The kitchenette has almost everything and I like the fact that the water kettle was very clean. The room was big and airy. I slept very well. It was very quiet and peaceful. I had a nice balcony and I could open the door to get fresh air in.There was also a super market close by. It is a nice location, once you . The owner, Nada, and her son were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and is in a great location - close to both the beach and the city. It is on a small street, but most streets in Split are narrow and winding and you can find it easily on google maps. The people firstly, they were fantasdtic, the owners so kind and hekpful. The location was 150% exceed our expectations and the oiwner Sara was great. I have already recommended this apartment to my friends. Sara was very friendly and helpful. Good points: - location: reasonably close to old centre (walking distance), ferry terminal, bus station etc - complimentary tea/coffee and kettle - helpful with information - good communication via email. A conditioner was in the kitchen only in the furtherst corner from sleeping room. There was no ordinary tea-kettle. MS Sara is very friendly and nice but sometimes it was hard to meet her. Leaving the apartment we did not know how and to whom we could left a key. At the ground floor some girl who feelt not good after previous great party got the key but it seems she forgoten everything and did not informed MS Sara about the matter. Although the location was only about 15 minutes from the Old Town, I had problem finding the building, as there were many lanes and roads in the area. I came by bus and it was quite a walk from the bus station. Especially when you have to lug your luggage. Nothing, evertthing was perfect. Best holiday we have had in m,any years. A bit difficult to find. Nothing. The stability of WIFI should be improved. One of the guestbeds were not so soft but otherwise everything was perfect!. Too many steps. none. Some facilities should be renewed fir better comfort, such as bed mattress.... pictures does not correspond with the apartment. I believe they just moved to another location. - very small room and bathroom - not great value for money, perhaps too expensive for the size of the room offered - cleanliness not great (curtains, windows, linen) - ok for one night, but not recommended for staying more than that - more of a backpackers accommodation. It is hard to find. And then she is unkindness. So I was displeasure than stayed the apartment.
