  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   Amazing hotel, beautifully if not always practically designed. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. The new pool area and cafe are lovely.   We spent three nights ( Aug 21 - Aug 23, 2013) at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, room #172. We requested a sea-view room, and that's just what we have got. The room was beautiful, very well designed and clean as well . My favourite was the Bang & Olufsen TV and mp3 set. Beautiful sounds...... The service was absolutely a five star service!
