The situation was perfect: all services were nearby as well as the bus stop (nr. 6) to the old town, walk to a good swimming place took just few minutes along the walking boulevard. The owner family were really nice and helpful. What can you hope more :)

Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat. It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10 minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops. Supermarket approx 300 yards away. Immediately down the adjacent stairway alleyway is a pedestrian boulevard, flanked by bars and restaurants, that leads out to a nice beach - so a location with multiple choices.

Just a small thing - the ironing board needs replacing (no padding and rather unstable)

It was a beautiful 4 star apartment situated in Lapad which is a 10min bus journey from the Old Town in Dubrovnik. Plenty of restaurants, cafes around, and the owners were particularly nice, friendly people.

The position is very good Lapad is a very nice place The bus stop for the old town is very near and the travel to the town is 10 minute The beaches are near the apartment

The cost is quite high

Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The shops and the bus station is very near, and the beach is lovely. A great location if you want to stay out of the old town which gets very crowded! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want to spend your day/evening there. So, great apartment, and a great service! We will definitely go back there, and recommend it to our friends!

Super clean and spacious rooms with separately sleeping and living room. Huge king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Peaceful balcony. Location was perfect. Very nearby was walking boulevard, shops, beach and nice restaurants. Busstop also very near. The ladymanager was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was as promised, and the owner and her mother who helps running the place were both very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was nice and functional, and in a perfect location for our needs: peaceful yet near shops, decent restaurants, beach, and a bus stop.
