O que as pessoas dizem
The bathroom has an excellent spa shower with 6 spray heads. The water
pressure and temperature was very good. Also the bathroom was very
clean. The comfortable bed gave us 2 good nights sleep. The hotel is
very historical so there was no elevator. We climbed about 15 steps with
our suitcases to get to the check-in desk, They provided a place to
secure our luggage until our room was ready which was ready before the
time as promised. The restaurants breakfast and service was delicious.

Location, location, location.... In the heart of Quebec. We stayed in the recently remodeled room 36 on the 3rd floor. Small, but cozy and quiet. Steps were no problem. A/C is quiet. We took their package deal for one day only. It included 2 breakfasts and dinners with a bottle of wine @ Restaurant 1640 downstairs and 1 day paid parking. What a great deal! Food is delicious and service is outstanding. Information center is next door.
We definitely will stay there on our next trip.
Almost everything... The location is great, can walk anywhere easily. The room, the bed and all the stuff was extremely clean and nice. The location is very quiet and even has a nice view. The personel was extremely helpfull and even cancelled my mistaken double reservation without any problems. They were also helpfull on any questions we have asked about the city, places etc. Beautiful city, nice people around and nice small hortel.
Our room had a beautiful exposed-brick wall and looked right out onto the artists' alleyway. The location is absolutely amazing - directly across from the Chateau Frontenac! Very comfortable room, a bit on the small side, but worked perfectly for our needs.
The hotel was about as central to every part of the haute ville as anyone could wish. Although it is located on one of the liveliest streets in the city, and although our room looked over perhaps the liveliest block, it was very quiet inside.
True French-canadian culture; lovely rooms, very friendly and hugely
helpful staff. The rubber bathmat in the tub was there without my having
to ask. Many hotels do not have this and when you ask, many can't
respond. Thx.
The room was excellent. The bath-rooim awe-some! This is a charming property in a lovely location. I had a feeling of being in France without the long sea or air journey.
The location of the hotel is superb.
Location was perfect across from Chateau Frontenac. Rooms above 1st-
floor restaurant were very European and although many tourists were on
street and below during the day, by 8pm it was very quiet.
Enjoyed the location. We had a one night stay over and wanted to be in
the middle of old Quebec City. Tourist information was next door.
Charming restaurant downstairs. Lots of old world charm.
Location was excellent on active street near park setting and within walking distance of sites, shopping, and restaurants. Bathroom recently remodeled. Staff was very helpful.
The location was fantastic! I opened my window and was entertained all evening by the street performers. I enjoyed my visit so much that I'm returning next week with my wife.
Charming place with a great position in a great city!
Staff extremely friendly and helpfull
We had an airline luggage problem and we really appreciate the staff's assistance!.
Location, across from Chateau Frontenac Up the hill from Old town. The room was okay, nothing special. Good bed and bath. Attached restaurant was very good.
Location, location, location... fantastic. The building itself is a tourist attraction without the inconveniences usually associated with old buildings.
Amazing old building in the heart of old Quebec City very beautiful and handy to everything. The young man on the desk at night was incredibly helpful.
We loved the location and the room. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. The staff was very helpful. Getting a taxi was a breeze.
Great location, staff outstanding, very clean, if you get a front room the view is best in the city, would stay here again!!!.
Great price, great location...I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything was as good or better than expected.
We loved how close this hotel was to the central part of Quebec! Close to everything! The room was clean and comfortable.
the pictures in the room and old building style. the restaurant food was fabulous and good value, yummy crème Brule!!.

The behaviour of the staff were excellent. The rooms were meticulously maintained and the location is top-notch.
Nostalgic old building, location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, shops etc in Old Quebec City.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The location is ideal.
The location is amazing. We were worried it would be noisy at night, but our room was completely quiet.
It is the best location for access to everything in the old town.
The hotel has great charm.
Location is excellent.
Staff are welcoming & helpful.
Rooms are comfortable & quiet.
We absolutely fell in love with this little gem! Great location, friendly helpful staff!.
Lovely rooms, great central location, beautiful view from the room of Chateau Frontenac.
Central location is excellent for walking. It was quiet, with very little street noise.
Great location, good restaurant, the night shift is very helpful & friendly.
My hotel was just renovated and beautiful, located perfectly in Old Quebec.

Shower was pretty nice.
Superb location meant we walked everywhere.
Great location and a big comfortable room.
Location, location, location!.
The rates and the location.
location location location.
location was excellent.
Bed was comfortable.
Very good location.
good location!!!.
location, staff.
Lack of towel racks or a place to hang a wet towel to dry.
The bathroom needs some kind of heating however the shower equipment is exteremely good and once you get in you enjoy the hot water.
Nothing.
No elevator. I'm disabled and did not realize this at time of
booking but made do without complaining.
The very late check-in time. Everyone must comment on the lack of an elevator but this is only of significance when carrying luggage in and out of the hotel.
Rooms were on 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a problem for me,
but those with heavy baggage had to depend on desk clerk for help. This
should be made clear in hotel description.
No elevator (difficult to navigate steps with luggage); parking lot too far away; some rooms still under renovation and hallway carpets had some construction dirt/debris.
Nothing.
wrong time of year. Too many tourists.
Parking lot, payed separately and detached from the hotel however it's not so far. And this is expected due to the privileged location.
Nothing it was all good.
The bed was just a little firm for our taste but nothing to complain about.
tiny tv, heat/ac hard to adjust, 1640 restaurant very expensive.
the key/lock to our room was difficult to use, the hallways were very hot but room was a nice temp, view was not so good room #32 and up all the stairs, if your not good with stairs I would recommend a lower floor.
air conditioner did not seem to cool room at night, did during day.
Staff gave minimum service, didn't seem to really want to help, just gave abrupt answers, felt like they just wanted to be left alone. One young man at reception smiled, the other 2 didn't.
the room was a bit small.
1) Carrying all your bags up two flights of stairs will not be for everyone.
2) Having only a brief time to unload and load the car before bringing it to a pay lot several blocks away is a bit of a nuisance.
Not mad about lugging suitcases up and dow stairs, but the hotel is still worth it.
You have to be patient until the hot water reaches your shower.---Hey, it is an old building! (1637?).
No elevator.
Construction on third floor, worn carpets.
Parking.
Room was small and dated. Needs some refurbishing.
No coffee machine in the rooms.
Unloading our bags outside the hotel can be trying.
Needed more instructions on how to get to the hotel. We walked from the Gare and about died. Warn people.
Parking fees were not included in hotel fee and no discounts were given.
No elevator.
some of the rooms had a bad view.
Stairs with no elevator.
no elevator, hard bed.
