The staff at the hotel and spa were outstanding. I have never received this level of service in my travels. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. We arrived late due to stormy weather. After getting checked in we went to the restaurant for snacks and drinks. After a few hours of relaxing and chatting with the staff at the bar we asked what time they closed. They told us they normally close a few hours ago but they kept the kitchen and bar open for us and w.
todos opiniões » The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were super-friendly and very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no additional charge. My partner and I had the continental breakfast on the first morning, which the kitchen staff put on a tray for us so that we could have breakfast in our rooms. The breakfast was very good - great c. Friendly staff , a good service, No body is perfect , we all may make mistake however, how to clear up that mistake make us diffrentiate from each other. We did not have light in the bathroom from 4 pm till 9 am the next day but we were offered hot breakfast which makes this hotle different than other places. Had a noisy room. They then offered us a hot breakfast, changed our room to a better one - then offered another hot breakfast the next day. They are extremely accommodating. It was relaxing, unpretentious, yet had all of the amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. Excellent dining at Zee's right at the hotel!. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable and location ideal. Service was outstanding and the staff really made us feel welcomed. Food at Zee's was great. Never in my 60 plus years have I been given champaign on check in. Very friendly staff. Location,Staff,Food ,Close to Shaw Festival. Very clean , GOOD beds. The location & Parking. Restaurants and scenery. The staff were welcoming and there were some charming touches. The restaurant was a pleasant experience although there was some confusion over waiting to be seated or seating ourselves. The only complaint that I have is with the bathrooms. While they were really impressive at first glance, in reality, they were impractical. The rain shower head was partially clogged so it was not completely functional. The water from the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor because the drains weren't sufficient for collecting all of the water from the shower. Which caused water to pool on the floor of our bathroom which we had to sop up with towels. Everything was good and excelent. Room near the elevator needs more soundproofing. We liked everything!!!!. Zees for breakfast: good food but had very slow service on the weekend we visited and we waited an hour to even order. Nothing to report. Room very small for the price. Can't watch TV from the couch, have to sit on the bed. A little short on closet space for hanging cloths. -Very Small Room -Immature staff and no sign of management. -Poor air conditioning in common areas and Zees compared to other hotels in the area. - Warm sparkling wine + wrong wine served despite our many requests to pay attention -No help with luggage. We liked everything. The bed was very uncomfortable-too hard. I really did not like the bathroom door right at the bed. I thought it would have been better positioned off the hallway. The room was noisy-heater and shower made noise all night. There were stains on the couch in the room.
