The food was delicious (we had half board included in our booking), the rooms were very clean, the stuff was very friendly. We felt like we were in a big family.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated at the city centre but is very quiet and the views over the river and monument are very impressive - If choosing this hotel, ask for a room with the sight in the back of the hotel. The sight is amazing. Tsarevets worths visiting.
