The hotel is OK,very good price-quality raport, the rooms are nice,the furniture is new and modern,it's very clean.The staff is carefully, the hotel is located just a few minutes walk by the center of de city. The hotel comes with goods and bads. The rooms are gorgeous and well spaced, the staff is nice. Good value for money, but I'll definitely recommend it to young couples and not families with small children.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful, you could not ask for a better Hotel for the money, This was my second visit and i shall use them again :-). The breakfast i terribly poor and served on 3 small tables in the lobby. At night you will hear the music from their club downstairs pretty loud. The breakfast was quite poor compared to other 3 stars hotels. The breakfast was very limited. More fruit, variety of cereals and access to a toaster would improve it greatly. My room didn't have a window, just a sky light. It was fine for 2 days but I couldn't have stayed in there longer than that without natural light & a view. They didn't take credit cards which was very annoying on my last day in Bulgaria as then I didn't have enough lev for my bus ticket and had to go to the ATM again for a small amount of money and pay oversees charges. I could have budgeted for this if they had told me sooner. Poor breakfast. breakfast room was in the looby- to small. - A bit noisy from the club which is downstairs. They did not have a fridge in the room, now it was ok, but in the summer it could be worth having one. The rest was pretty ok. The hotel is based in the exact center of the town, making it easy to reach different areas that you have to visit. its really hard to find a parking spot, but that can be managed.There is also a club there, so at night you could be having sleeping. The italian breakfast it was not really my favorite. A lot of noise caused by the club in the night. Also a lot of noise comming from the reception. The noise! Don't go there on Friday or Saturday night unless you like spending the nights in disco clubs. Till 3 A.M. I was wondering whether the night club was in my room or my room was in the night club... - A bit noisy. there were almost none parking places. Músic from club downstairs. very poor sound proofing , both from the other rooms and from the street hard to sleep. -to much noise from the club. I do not recommend this hotel to normal people who want to sleep at night :-( -we have not been able to pay by card.
