The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.

Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in).
The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.
Overall, great price/quality ratio, but some improvement can be made. -

Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. The location is great, only 5 mins to the sea. Also there is great shopping center just near the Sea Park where you can buy everything you need - food etc. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms clear and newly refurbished. Highly recommended! - everthing was brill no faults at all
