The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and there is a city bus which goes from the train station to the bus station, so it is easy to access the hotel when you arrive on public transportation. It is also close to most of the attractions in Varna. The wifi worked very well and there was an English language Euro News channel on the tv. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and it was quite nice. The staff was helpful and spoke English but waited until we had been there for a day bef.

Good breakfast. Well equipped room. We were upgraded to a self-catering apartment, which was amazing. Everything was very clean, comfortable and the hotel is in a very quiet street. Parking was easy and directly outside. I have stayed before in the hotel, and they always keep on improving little small things, repainted the front, sun shield outside,new bar,... So always improving the place!. Enjoyed my stay, friendly staff, good value for money. Close to the train station and the sea side. Limited breakfast but ok. You can rent a bicycle at the hotel. The personal was friendly and they speak English. The breakfast was rather sparse, considering they run a cafe on the street level of this hotel. The first morning there was bread on the table and a toaster and we were presented with a plate consisting of a boiled egg, cucumber slices, a slice of yellow cheese and a slice of white cheese, two pats of butter, a packet of marmalade, and two pieces of a cold-cut meat. The second morning we were given toasted bread also as the toaster and bread were not placed on the table. Room was quite small and the balcony tiny. This isn't really anything against the Three Dolphins, but unfortunately Varna is very disappointing. After exploring on foot for quite some distance around the town and beach, we found it to be dirty with derelict and broken buildings covered in graffii. The Three Dolphins seemed to be on the best little street. Room booking mix-up but was moved to correct room for second night. No a shower cabin or at least an curtains (after receiving shower a little deluge in the bathroom) ;о). The stuff cleaning the rooms could have done better. cabin shower. There was no empty room before check in so we wait that somebody check out because of boutiqe hotel. Cold in march. This is a budget hotel suitable for one night or for a train travel (its situated at 400m away from railway station). Don't ruinate your holiday staying to this hotel. The breakfast is basic.
