Spacious rooms, new and working facilities

The pools are Too cold temperature for children, price/quality of food in the restaurant - low ratio Price too high to stay at hotel unless you go for skiing

If there is a negative matter, it is the fact that their aren't any information brochures from the location / area at all - but this seems to be an issue in many bulgarian hotels.

Value for money is excellent.

The location is not very good, its even somewhat difficult to find. It is not possible to put beverages, drinks, food on room account..

Excellent hotel.Excellent servive.Friendly and always helpful staff.That is the reason why we did chose this hotel again for our stay.Thanks to all the staff you make us feel so welcome.

We loved to stay in Radinas Way Hotel.The Hotel,Lobby and Rooms are perfectly clean and look brandnew.The Staff is very friendly and always helpful.They make us feel like home :-)

We had some Problems finding the Hotel.Signs would be good.

Very nice rooms, large and confortable friendy staff, always smiling and ready to assist you, shuttle bus to ski slopes and return with a flexible schedule

Radina's Way is a new hotel,situated in a pine forest,very cosy.The staff is very friendly.Rooms are spacious,very well heated.Restaurant is wonderful.It's 2km away from the center of Borovets which gives a chance to get away from the crowd.There is a shuttle to the center and the ski facilities.

Pools were nice. Location is ok.

Elevator is so slow its useless. Staff were inexperienced, had to chase housekeeping for clean towels. Table clothes in the restaurant were stained, pretty disgusting.

Very modern hotel tucked in a quiet location near the old centre of Borovets. Nicely furnished and spacious rooms offering all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection in all areas. Large LCD TV with a variety of channels. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Radina's Way to anyone visiting Borovets.

Location is great. Hotel is very nice.

Cleaning is not their strong point. Only towels were changed daily. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets were not changed at all during the holidays. I think it's a general problem in bulgarian hotels. I stayed to the seaside in a 4 star hotel and I had the same problem with cleanliness.
