there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

large room is comfortable, 2 chair, 2 table and1 sofa is perfect, clean, silent, in the middle of the center, its close to shuttle from airport and its very close to underground, breakfeast is very nice and the same place going to be changed a famous restaurant at dinner time, you can see pictures in the enterance. there is a Turkish man works many years at the hotel, in the loby you can use free internet and print, reception staff is very friendly, I feel nice at this hotel.
