Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable.
Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.
Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

I travelled with my wife and we needed a comfortable appartment with a kitchen in a quiet place not far from the city center and with good transport infrastructure. We were right next to the woods with a brilliant playground 2 minutes away (rated by the children as the best part of the entire holiday!) We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels.
