The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel well heated in the fairly cool weather. It was ideal for a short overnight business stay, and easy on my organisation's budget. The shower / bathroom was much better thqan I remember the last time I stayed (when the premises was actually Formula 1 hotel). Fantastic staff especially Lisa and Matthew. Bar open until midnight for a night cap. Very comfortable beds and variety of pillows. Parking free and plentiful, easy access to pacific highway if on road trip. Several places to dine just one minute walk away.. Thai, Chinese, Indian, maccas.. Etc.

The position for my work was very good as I didn't have to go anywhere near the city. Excellent location if needing to be near medical facilities near by. The facility was clean and the staff were polite. Close to my colleague. Room was clean. Room facing main road a little noisy if window left open..otherwise has to use A/C for entire stay.. Towels and soap not replaced at all during 3night stay but that didn't really matter to us. Nothing negative. couldn't find the main light switch couldn't get subtitles at all on TV and no 'how to operate' instructions in room. Late check in when you need ti change for a wedding. Staff need more training about checking in - took a bit of time and an addition member had to come over and help. no free room WiFi but it is available for a limited time in the lobby. The food was really ordinary and quite expensive. Price of drink at the bar. The room was a bit small for a 4 star but otherwise no complaints. Nothing. Noise from other guests. Someone on the floor I stayed on was smoking in their room. It drifted down the hallway and into my room. I rang reception and they took care of it promptley. Breakfast pricing a bit high. not enough umbrellas when it rains got soaked and had to drive around all day soaking wet. guests when they fly interstate don't tend to have one with them due to weight restrictions. TV didn't work properly. toilet. The air conditioning unit did not cool and was very noisy, finally having to leave the window open (ground floor room) resulting in very little sleep. The purpose for staying in Sydney was to compete in a motor racing event the next day, and the lack of sleep impacted our performance in the event. The bathroom - the door kept creaking and was disturbing at night. We had to ask the management to come twice to sort it out. The shower also made high pitched sounds when one tried to use it fully. television r/c very limited too expensive internet access. poor exhaust fan in bathroom module. poor seating (for one pax only) and not very sturdy. I am approx150kg and could only sit on bed!. The set up of the room wasn't good. Very small room with no table or chair. The room was very small for the tariff. The shower cubicle was cramped and had poor ventilation. The tv did not work and there were no instructions that could be easily found. No room service. Being served by a trainee staff who was unsupervised. He stuffed up the booking that was made for me by Kevin Munro.
