Excellent Location with easy reach to public transport and local shops. Some local night clubs were kicking until early morning for one of the nights so many people about and did get a little noisy, however generally we were comfortable and pleased with our accommodation and locality. The room was clean with excellent facilities for washing and cooking. Staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful. We would book here again in a future holiday.

Loved our stay at Annan Apartments. They are situated in a good area. Close to everything. Desk Staff were helpful and friendly. We would recommend Annan Apartments. Would also return and stay again.

Wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say is the housekeeping. When they are being serviced when putting in the fresh towels. Is maybe sweep the floor for all the hair in ther bathroom. And vaccuum the floor,

Apartment was clean, and comfortable with everything you need. It was in a good location,close to all amenities.

Extremely friendly and competent people at reception, Oleg was great! Apartment was new, stylish and very close to public transport.

Location was excellent-easy access to trains and buses. Also surrounded by leafy streets and lovely Rushcutter Bay if a tranquil setting required.

Smell if other peeoples cooking in the passage way-very off putting-air vents would be good

Balcony and location were great!

The bed was 2 beds changed into one. Was a bit uncomfortable if your sleeping with a partner in the middle.

Friendly,helpfull staff.The location and convenience to everything was great.The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable.I will definitely stay there again.

The traffic made it a little noisy at first but I soon got used to it but also it is to be expected when you are in the heart of it all,it wasn't a major issue for me.

Apartments were spacious and clean. Close to Kings Cross but not right on the main street so wasn't so noisy.

TV could be upgraded (not that we used it) Free wifi was great but a little erratic.

The central location with good proximity to the station. Helpfulness of the staff - being able to leave our luggage following checking out, which was before our flight. Very comfortable bed! Good storage area and kitchen facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We often asked for directions and suggestions of places to visit and they were all helpful and happy to advise and give suggestions. The apartment was lovely and clean and offered everything we needed for our week long trip to Sydney.....right down to providing washing powder for the washing machine. Brilliant!

Spacious studio flats close to the mall, daily cleaned, close to the station and nice cafes. It is pretty safe and walking distance to Oxford street.

Fear of loosing the door key as there is no staff presence after 9 and you will be charged to be let in about 75 Aus. Dollars

The style, comfort and design. The staff were very helpful indeed. The position was very convenient for travel to highlights in the city.

The area was a bit noisy and there were a large number of tramps around which made you feel vulnerable.

Good location for transport, close to Kings Cross subway. Nicely decorated. Towels good and replaced every day. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Pillows sub standard, we requested better and received only one. Cleaning could be greatly improved basis 'serviced suites' as advertised. Windows only single glazed and as premises close to busy road it was quite noisy at times.

I liked the fact the staff had our room ready early as they knew we would be travelling from England. the view was good and the location was ideal.

I didn't like the fact we had two beds pushed together and the fact that our room was not cleaned everyday.

The location is great since its on a quiet street of the King's Cross area, but its still only 2 to 3 blocks away from the nightlife.

They didn't really clean the room. They basically just fixed the bed and gave new towels.

Free wifi and staff on the front desk who were always helpful and chatty.

It was incredibly noisy - from the street outside - buses, cars, honking horns, drunken revellers. Particularly bad at the weekend. Windows hadn't been cleaned in months. Room is only cleaned once a week, not done very well and not done very well between visitors. I found food under te fridge and inside the shower was had loads of limescale and mouldy. Pillows were cheap synthetic from the bargain range at Kmart and were very uncomfortable.

how anyone could rate this as 4 star is a joke...the room smelt, its on a roundabout you cant sleep sirens and traffic all night,cables for tv nailed across the carpet,furniture and décor old and dated,booked out after 1 night,moved to a hotel close by....a very bad experience...
