Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. We loved it, kids had a great time. We had 2 inter-connecting rooms that were great. Public spaces were excellent lots of room for the kids to run around when they felt the need. The Merchant restaurant located in the building is fabulous a real gem.

I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.

The studio room had a trendy look and was clean and comfortable. Although it wasn't that far from very busy Hoddle Street, even with the window open at night, the place was quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noises. Very close to Bridge Street in Richmond and the MCG and Tennis Centre etc. -

The included breakfast was excellent. The little extras in the room were very nice, the hand soap smelled amazing :) I now drink a new brand of tea after being introduced to some of the many T2 flavours, 5 of which were provided in the room.
The snooker table was a nice addition to the bar area.

Boutique hotel with lots of nice touches. Breakfast included was excellent quality and accommodating in gluten free needs. Brilliant location for a weekend in the city for shopping and dining out in Melbourne's best restaurants... So many close by

The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

Location is fantastic.
I arrived after midnight so I thought checking in would be difficult as the desk wasnt banned but they had a phone line to call and the lady was fantastic with easy instructions and within 5 mins I was in my room ready to crash. The bed is comfy and the lounge area was great.
So worth the money and more! Will stay there agai

Sufficient space in each apartment. When I complain about the AC system, they upgrade my one bed room apartment into 2 bed room apartment. And the location, nothing could be better than this if you are looking for city life. Security system at night is also well in place.

Great location within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena. Easy to grab a taxi along Jolimont Rd and only a 10 min walk into the city. Lovely facilities, basic but comfortable. Train close by but we could barely hear it unless the windows were open. Great breakfast. -
