O que as pessoas dizem
We had a great time here and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really big and clean with an armchair, dressing table, fridge and microwave. It was pretty cold while we were there so appreciated the numerous super thick blankets on the bed! The manager was so nice and helped us out a lot, which we really appreciated; he couldn't of done much more for us! We ended up with money off vouchers and great advice as to where to go in Melbourne. The building is lovely and has an old charm to it. In. todos opiniões »
I have stayed at the Oslo several times on business and have always found it to be comfortable and very affordable. It is close to good restaurants and shops.
Wonderful walk along the beach front. Ackland Street shopping. Good selection of restaurants.
Clean, plain room with clean and adequate bathroom facilities for budget-friendly trip.
Easy access to public transport, restaurants and beach walks.
Really cosy place with lots of character and friendly staff.
cheap, basic, relaxed, close to public transport and shops.
Nice staff, location, price... it was excellent overall!.
Close to great food, No. 96 tram.
Location near restaurants.
Great location.
It was quiet.
Some nice backpakers who chatted about the world. Outside of the
building in a smoking area that has 3 seats and about 15 people
chatting.
It was close to where I needed to be and suitable for what I needed.
Budget-friendly, good staff.
was close to the trams.
The cost.
Very bad exp Never clean my room on my 3 night stay.didn't return my
security money. Because I left 6 am There was no staff. Sorry Rajnish..
The location was close to all local St Kilda shops and beach. The staff and guests were very pleasant.
The room was large and the bed was comfortable and we were just across the hall from the bathroom.
Heater available in room, TV available in room. Staff and people staying generally friendly.
Is a good price, good localization.
Location. Price.
Cheap only.
The location.
Good access.
not much.
Location.
staff.
Cheap.
Nothing the place was disgusting , the sheets were filthy and looked like a dog had been sleeping on them, the room smelt bad and the floor was sticky and stained.
The staff member we delt with however was very helpful.
Very well situated in St Kilda.
Nothing.
Restricted street parking during peak hour.
Large open courtyard does echo late revellers' hearty gossip and singing.
Bedspreads may need updating.
Being kept awake until 2:30am by the dregs of society downstairs,
blasting their cheap imitation of music and howling like
unthinking beasts.
there were no problems.
Restricted parking during the day.
Takes awhile for the hot water to kick-in.
no tv in rooms.
No notice of no towels for the shower ( bring your own I guess ) Home
page states. Quote " Oslo Hotel free on-site parking.". There
is no on site parking.. It is luck of the draw in the streets that are
signed " Residents parking only ". After the pubs close at
midnight there was an abundance of Argueing and loud music. I guess from
a backpaker hotel you expect that. The reception didn't open till 10
am so I had to negotiate my $20 refunable fee for the front door key as
I was leaving at 8 am.
Information about parking locally could have been more helpful.
Room 11 (booked at short notice) is very basic, but my later room was much better.
The kitchen was awful, it was very dirty and no cleaning facilities. The bed was awful, with stains all over the bedding, pillow and mattress. The building needs a complete overhaul and decoration.
The room had an awful smell which permeated all our clothing The place was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or dusted or the windows cleaned for ages The bed linen was torn and mismatched The electric jug was black inside so we didn't use it Although there was a fridge and microwave in the room there was no cutlery or crockery to use The clientele were VERY noisy until the wee small hours All in all it spoilt our short stay in Melbourne.
lack of security Window as not closed people could get in to room easily, electricity timed for up to three hours. Only one powerpoint available for unlimited access to electrcity. WI not available from upstairs. Could not tell how much used up Beding very basic had to ask for another blanket. Lack of handtowels or soap in bathroom. Location poor hard to park, property stolen from car.
The kitchen is dirty so much that I couldn't to eat there, make me feel bad. And you pay for wi-fi service but doesn't work, I couldn't to book my next hostel.
The bathroom was outside and was so cold! I never come back there!!!.
Bad beds, no support, massive blood stain on mattress, disgusting general condition of room.
Hotel is not providing the basic things. I recommend to all that you need to be very careful while booking this hotel.
Pretty much everything, I'm not fussy at all and I've never checked out early of a hostel. It's dirty, lots of noise all night, hot. I moved hostels 2 days in for the same price and it's amazing compared. Avoid unless there is nowhere else to stay.
Kept awake untill 1 am due to people talking Having to wait untill 10 am to get my key deposit back. Jug and kettle in the room but what good is that without any cups. Empty stubbies laying around in the morning.
the rest.
Hot water only warm.
the room was terrible the cleaniess terrible and no security.
Cleanliness.
very dirty
smell and untidy
its placed three star
its not even one star
worst experience.
The kitchen was really dirty and the hole house really old, damaged and dirty.
Had to wait an hour and a half to check in, due to reception being closed. Room and furnishings were in a state of disrepair. Very noisy environment due to other guests. Free parking shouldn't be advertised as restrictions on the street make it almost impossible to park.
everything.
Everything else.
It was not clean, the bedsheets, the room everything. On the website is
wroten that there is free parking. That is not true! The free parking
spots are about a 10 minute walk and you need to be very happy to find
it, because its only for 5 cars. We didn't feel really safe in the
hotel and the neighboorhood. We would never go again to this place!.
bed, dirty linen, dusty and smelly room, broken glasses in room, dirty wardrobe, poorly lit, unkept balcony.
worst place in the world. don't make my mistake, never-ever stay here (ever for one night). never room for girls – ugly and dirty place for (!) 12 people. spiders, mold, old dirty and stinky beds, dirty sheets and pillows... what about neighbors.. everybody was extremely drunk and screamed for all night.
Rooms Terribly dirty, the beds are very uncomfortable with springs,
broken and old pillows, luggage charges minimum $ 5 (only hotel I know
in Australia), loud till 3 in the night guests sing drunk every night
with the consent of the owners.Rooms too expensive!! Forget this
orrible place!!.
