Staff were fantastic and really made everything easy. Extra effort was made to accomodate arrival time and vehicle. Apartment was clean and well maintained and had everything that was needed. Position was perfect and central to everything. Location, location, location, space of the apartment - we had the large loft / familty apartment. Great kitchen, and bathroom, lovely decor and comfy couches and big flat screen TV. Would be excellent for a family with young children.

Perfect location right at the centre of Melbourne city. The apartment unit is also great (clean, large and furnish) with free wifi and a good price. Location was fantastic. Bed very comfortable. Good shower. We were able to leave our bags in apartment until we left for the airport late afternoon. Central location. Parking IS available. On the website I booked under it said no parking available. Friendly, helpful and patient manager (Peter). Location was excellent. We had a good stay and would recommend to others, though being mindful to tell them the downside of the stay. There was nothing separating the bedrooms in the family apartment, which wasn't great for us as the person in the main bedroom snored and kept the others awake. we had been told thou that it was open plan so I guess our fault. Directions emailed to me of how to get to my room were incorrect and sent me to the wrong building so it took a lot longer than expected to get settled in. Luckily I bumped into the cleaner who took me to Flinders House next door which is where apartment 8 is located. The door to apartment 8 was also loose so whenever someone in hallway went in or out of their room our door would bang. The light from outside hallway shone through all night too!. Slight noisy. Very noisy early in the morning. Rubbish trucks, builders etc made a lot of noise starting 4-5am each morning. Across the lane from a bar/restaurant. Even with double glazing on the windows the music was loud but bearable. the kitchen was sticky with oil residue, there was no teatowels or dishclothes as we had no need for the dishwasher. There was milk in the fridge, but no tea or coffee sachets. And the noise from outside the building was terrible, obviously from the laneways, but all night. should include fresh brochures in the room, not just business cards & scruffy used ones of the local area. Cleanliness (especially carpets) could have been much better Apartment 7 is a very dark apartment - little ambient light Lane way beside apartment can be noisy in the morning with movement of bins. The noise from Level 1 rooms on weekends is bad - there's a club close by on street level and the noise of people talking/screaming outside and beats as the doors open to let people in/out make it hard to go to sleep. Mattress was too soft, and the walls are pretty scuffed - but if you're just after something functional, that last one doesn't matter so much. no air conditioning - it was very hot we were expecting to pay the balance on arrival and inform someone that the extra guest was not staying for the whole 5 nights. I am aware now that this was our error but it was not easily identifiable. No spare towels, and no spare tea towel, only had one towel each, and one tea towel for 5 days, would have loved some spares. But thats the only thing I could complain about. The kids wanted foxtel, but we didn't mind. The party that was held down the hall from 9pm on Sunday night and was still going at 2am. Double Bed in main bedroom. Ensuite not connected to main bedroom!. Too small, better to spend an extra $30 pn and get something bigger. Could hear neighbours music. The apartment wold be good for a single traveller but for 2 people it wasn't good,. The apartment was extremely dark. You had to turn the lights on at all times. The carpets were super dirty. Apartment was very very noisy. The dark brown towels were ugly. No hot water, we book two bed room, but one of two bed room is using couch as a bed room. needs refreshing, carpets and walls stained, no cleaning or service during 4 day stay We booked Flinders Lane and this location showed on map. Apartment in fact was in inferior Flinders Rd address 1 kilometer away and noisy, next to railway. The apartment was not what we expected and we would not recommend it to others. A few examples of the issues we encountered: Dirty bed linen. No extra bedding on a cold night. The fold away bed had a broken slat so was uncomfortable. The shower-head leaked profusely. Dirty bathroom. Kitchen crockery was greasy. Extremely noisy - don't stay here if you like your sleep - neighbour was renovating (hammer and crowbar) until 1:30am! Owner was slow to react to our complaints. Really disappointing. No staff so key pick up after 5pm was a problem and no easy staff contact. Unit wasnt really as it was described in the internet synopsis. Unbelievably noisy. We stayed in flat 104 on first floor for 3 nights, it was opposite a bar but main issue was general noise from bars, people wandering around and early morning refuse collection and deliveries. The flat had no noise reduction like double glazing and in fact the air con set up made it worse as it was fitted to a partly opened window. Almost everything.
