My favorite thing about Armadale apartments is that they are Serviced apartments, But other than the daily service of housekeeping you would never even know - This is the second time that I have stayed here & had the same result on both occasions. The staff were very helpful & got me into my room early as I arrived quiet early. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. We had problems with our TV and they replaced it...twice just so I could watch my favourite TV show and some DVDs. The kitchen was very handy and the bath was great for relaxing. Perfect location for tram access. 7/11 store around the corner :).
todos opiniões » the location to everything was brilliant, public transport, main roads, pubs, clubs, cafes, supermarkets all within 5-10 minute walk or easy drive to larger services. the city was a breeze to get too as well. even though we are close to a main road the noise is minimal. It was a spacious and comfortable apartment with public transport a couple of steps away. Lots of parking and a second away from a 24 hour convenience store. It had most everything you would need to make your own meals, which was a bonus. Location... Transport close by... Everything you needed was in the unit.... Beds clean and comfortable... Staff were friendly and very obliging although we arrived out of hours... spacious, quiet, clean, central, cheap compared to similar properties. 7/11 Store very handy. Honest - they called to tell me I had left an item behind. Great location handy to public transport and with a 7 / 11 and a pizza shop within metres. Very affordable with all facilities except laundry. The friendly atmosphere and a comfortable environment. No nonsense from anybody or any staff member very welcoming. Nice spot for relaxing after a busy day. Cooking facilities. Close to Prahran market. Easy drive to city. Location was excellent. Staff very friendly Apartment very spacious and clean Excellent value for money. The manager was very helpful and friendly and there was plenty of car parking space. Close proximity of the apartments to Trams and Melbourne CBD only 20 mins by taxi. Very nice and helpfull staff. It was a real value for money. We will be back. Relatively close to public transport and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to public transport with a bus stop out the front and a short walk to the tram for the city beach or to the Malvern shopping centre. Easy to park and get public transport to the city. Happy with price for what we got and reasonably close vicinity to the city centre. The apartments are very well placed and provide cooking and parking facilities. The transport across the road from the apartments were great. My Husband and I enjoyed a few trips to different locations on the Tram. People on the Tram were also very friendly. Perry was very nice to us and patient with all our questions. When we needed an early check-out, there were no problems with that from Bookings.com. Close to public transport Kitchen facilities good Surprisingly quiet for its location. the staff where good people and helpful and the apartments are in a good location. reliable staff who seemed to be doing very good job. Rooms were quite well laid out and spacious. Could do with a better heating system. That is all :). The beds and pillows are a little on the hard side. There were some interesting guests below who made quite a noise on a Friday night, but other than that it was relatively quiet. parking was a major issue especially on the weekends. Nothing. Bedroom door on 2nd bedroom unable to be shut due to location of beds in the room... No major grumble, but when 'Serviced' is in the name of the property I thought they would actually be serviced daily, not twice a week - we were only there 2 nights. But I'm sure that helps to keep the price down. Very squeaky bed and bathroom need a bit of an update. Only 1 aircond unit in lounge but still comfy. Didnt get the chance to stay longer, no comments for the rest. Office hours. Hard if you leave early and come back late. Facilities in the room were adequate but it is in need of updating. Fridge didn't work properly. No coffee table in lounge room. Storage cupboard (wardrobe) a bit musty. Stove griller impossible to light. The Wifi didn't work properly from our room. Shocking sofa bed. The wonky wifi connectivity. Tired furniture Basic facilities. Internet access is poor,with slow speeds and only one device able to used at any time. price was a bit much, its worth $90 a nite or less in the apartment i was in. Plus television stations there were only 4 channels you need to upgrade I have 20 free view channels and I live in the country, get up with play you are in the city. geographical situation. I hated the advertised Internet access, which is slow, unstable, and employs far too few routers to service the apartments. I hated the fact that none of the pans had lids, that the laundry is so expensive, that the plumbing is faulty and hard to use. In other words, the big things are done well, but all the small things are done poorly. The apartments are getting very tired. The ironing board was broken and unusable and the iron was badly scorched. While the TV set was new, Channels 2, 7, 9 and 10 were not available. At $175 per night, I think one could expect a higher standard. A bit run down. Lobby smelt of beer the day I arrived, but only that day. Room was not made up or cleaned often enough when staying for period, checkouts get priority services. Car parking very tight. 1) No waiting room / common Lounge 2) Very much lonely, if you are solo traveler. 3) Far from city / downtown.& Airport. 4) No shops near by except 7 / 24 shop. The main living room had a terrible smell. We spent as little time in the apartment as possible because of this. The power also tripped out each time I turned the kettle one. Very dodgy double adapters and power boards to make up for lack of power points. room smelt musty, no extra blankets, no staff after 5pm to ask. Need updating. Curtains and blinds not working properly. Leaking showers and roofs, leaking air conditioner into room. General run -down feel of the place ,old tv and no cable. 1) Too lonely for solo 2) No restaurant 3) No. guest lounge / reception area. 4) no commercial around 5) Far from main downtown / Shopping area / center. 6) Far from Airport. They weren't serviced apartments as advertised gave us bath mats instead of towels. Shower in Apartment 19 did not WORK..taps out of order. The curtains in apartment one, main bedroom were terrible. They did not cover the width of the window and the outside street lights were coming into the room. We had to sleep I the second bedroom. The tv did not work and the fridge did not work so not very happy at all and could not ring anyone so will not be recommending this to anyone left note next morning as we left early no one has contacted. Everything that I mentioned previously. Also I took my dirty washing across the road to the local laundromat, as the Laundry was not very clean looking. It was also more expensive than the one across the road. The place was not clean. The sofa - a pullout bed - was very uncomfortable for just sitting on. Beds and pillows hard Our couch bed not so comfy Just old and run down no wardrobe in second bedroom Disappointing. the room needed a clean the carpet was dirty ,the shower rose sprayed water onto the walls and needed repair and some of the light switchs sparked internally and could have resulted in a shock. it was not good value for money, very old and shabby. Bed was shocking had bits of spring sticking out side of mattress,only one old thin blanket on the bed and that was falling apart.
