Booked a 1 bedroom apartment & was given a 2 bedroom 1 over looking the beach & it was absolutely fantastic with the greatest views including Broadbeach & Surfers. Very clean & had all the kitchen facilities you could ask for. Spa & Pool also great. Parking excellent & very secure, Best value for money & close to everything Oasis Mall, Pacific Fair close by,Supermarket, buses,Restaurants & Bars. Public transport to Carrara market a must. Staff are the BEST you c.
todos opiniões » The location couldn't have been better! Located directly across the street from the beach and only 3 blocks from the main drag of shops and restaurants it was the perfect location. The room itself (Ocean View) had 4 terraces overlooking the Ocean and mountain views. The rooms were all very large, clean, updated and well kept. Full kitchen and in unit laundry was great as well! Very pleased with the room and hotel. Apartment was beautiful from the moment I opened the door. Amazing view over beach and very peaceful area. Stayed in schoolies time so it was refreshing to come back to. Apartment everthing u need and having foxtel was a surprise and bonus. Loved the spa and tennis court. Very safe and security very good. Definitely stay there again!!! Close to shops and only 25 min walk to surfers along beach. Close proximity to everything yet quiet & relaxing..wonderful views..everything we wanted for our special holiday & nothing was a problem with the Managers..secured parking was an asset..pool was refreshing..excellent value for money..priced accordingly...we would return. The Location mostly, nice and quiet on the floors, the updated apartment, quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. The ease of the lift acquisition. Attention to requests by staff to have light globes fitted where they were either blown or not there at all. The unit we were to stay in, the views were beach side and they were absolutely lovely to look at early and late afternoon. the unit while was not new still was comfy,had all the accessories to make a short stay very enjoyable. Had booked a one bedroom apartment but was given a two bedroom at no extra cost. Great position, friendly helpful staff. Clean modern apartment with all necessary facilities. Would happily stay again. The location of the apartment was great with the ocean view & right centred where walking distance to the beach & shopping complex. Parking was not a problem for vans so that was also handy. Seaside views, swimming and spa pools, quiet, friendly management, handy to mall and bus stop, over the road from beach, full kitchen and laundry, entertainment systems, balcony, talking lift. Location was Perfect and Great view!! The room was cosy, neat and very functional .....just loved it....stayed at the Q1 the week before and we enjoyed this accommodation much more :)). Right on the beach front. The balconies gave terrific 270 degrees views. a nice walking distance to Broadbeach central. Good bus facilities. Staff very helpful. Plenty of crockery. Area great close to all all amenities shopping restaurants family friendly close to safe swimming between the flags on Broadbeach room comfortable with great views. The view was amazing, right on the beach, secure parking, big apartment, very open, very clean, all facilities were great. Just perfect exactly what we wanted. Great location for my short visit to visit my daughter. Able to walk across the road to enjoy walking on the beach and watching all the activity on the beach. Perfect spot really nice aspect. Carpet was very grubby is the only negative I could say about the place. It was weird that the check in counter closed at 6pm weekdays and noon on the weekend. We had no idea we had to check in before those times. Luckily we did but it should be noted that you can not check in after those times. For out of towners who look to the clerk for suggestions and directions to have no one there in the evenings was a little disappointing but overall the hotel was great. Not much I didnt like only the curtains in our apartment wasnt very good. Quite see thru in lounge area and bedroom no where near dark enough. Other than that brilliant. :). We got caught short not being aware it was only a starter package for the toilet paper as well..we bought all our tea coffee milk etc which was ok.. but the toilet paper surprised us ...lol also we knew it was to be a smaller bed than what we are used to.. only brought us closer together .. but all comfortable & clean ;D. The old window frames, with sliding doors that didn't work due to corrosion. Desperately needs attention. Gaps through sliding door where wind whistled. Outdoor pool was not very warm. Lots of light globes not working. Nothing comes to mind the staff were very helpful, very close to all the shopping and eateries. Could do with a new latch on sliding door from lounge to balcony as it is rusty therefore door doesn't seal properly and the wind howls in. Also thought that for the money extra toilet paper etc should be supplied without charge. Dodgy tv reception. Boulevard is a lovely place to stay, but I think its a family oriented environment, with sports groups there should be a leniency with noise, that was the only problem. No in-room safe, no servicing,. Nothing!. The stove kept turning itself off due to the rounded bottom of the frying pan - reported and the pan will be replaced. No pamphlets on show. I had to work hard to think of a negative....I suppose the poolside jacuzzi jets could use an upgrade. You need to take all your cleaning (dishwashing detergents etc) if staying more than one night also remember to take salt and pepper. Having a 3 year old we were very worried about being on the the 17 floor when we there was no security screens which seemed a bit dangerous for a small child. You had to keep a very close eye on where your child was or make sure the Windows were shut and locked just incase they decided to climb. The leather couch wasn't the most comfortable in the world and there was no dishwashing liquid or powder supplied - could have asked but we only noticed minutes before our early checkout. the bed was a little uncomfortable. nothing. Anything I didn't like would not be worth mentioning as it would be irrelevant to the enjoyment my wife and I had staying here. Our apartment that we stayed in , had peeling paint on ceiling of shower room, microwave corroded on door, unhygienic. Cleaning of apartment not good. No bath mat nor toilet roll provided Laundry not clean Bathroom very awkward to use. Carpet over existing tiles trip hazards in the lounge and kitchen Next time will ask for a different unit. There are no dislikes whatsoever. Unit did not have coffee plunger, no tea towels, no oven cloth, only one hand towel,no face cloths. Manager obtained a one cup plunger for us and a tea towel. Nothing. Paint work on windows a bit tatty and some fittings in the rooms could do with up grade, but these were superficial items and did not detract from out time being good with you. No information booklet eg. About internet etc. No fans in the rooms, and you had to keep the doors open, no screens was frightening as we had a 4 and 1 year old grandchildren and we were on the 10th floor with no screens, scary. There was air con in the lounge but we had to collect the remote from the desk and normally a $5 fee per day is added for the use of the air con. Apt 47 was a bit short on kitchen utensils. e.g. no coffee pot or tea pot, no collander (strainer) for pasta or to wash salads. TV: Couldn't get ABC24 channel Extra cost for wifi connection. Pool not heated as advertised. I didn't realise I would be up so high when I booked. But the view was amazing. You can stuck in basement if forgot the keys. Lift doesn't operate in basement like usually from the button. Little coffee in room Only 2 towels for a 4 day stay Small pool. The poor condition of the doors and windows very noisy when the wind blew. the whole unit needed a window and door overhaul. Bed was very hard. it rained. carpark key should be remote control. We had paid for a refurbished apartment and it was nice but I thought could have been a little more modern for the money that was paid. Also some dishes in cupboard were not entirely clean. furniture- couch and chairs. Units getting a bit old and could do with a revamp.
