Please note that Pacific Bay Terraces has a 24 hour self check in service. On arrival enter the foyer and then enter the code supplied into the key safe to retrieve your room and resort keys. All room numbers, resort maps and information will be emailed to you after booking, and the key safe code will be emailed and sent via SMS to you on the check in date. Pacific Bay Terraces do not have a dedicated reception desk, however the resort manager resides on site and is available for your assistance if required.
