  Accommodations are very nice. I like that when we ordered room service and they got the order wrong. They did not argue with us, they just handled it promptly. Staff is courteous and hotel is beautiful. - The service of the staff was excellent - the front desk, manager, valet, and bell hop were all so helpful! Clean, comfortable room.   We were pleasantly surprised to find the location was within walking distance to Belmont Park. We were also able to rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk as well as the bay. We rented a kayak and tootled around the bay. The room was comfortable and quiet. At check in, the clerk gave us all kinds of helpful info and answered all questions. All in all, it was a great trip. - Loved the location, easy to get to the Zoo and Seaworld. Pool area and spa was fantastic, quiet place to relax and enjoy a drink while the kids are in the pool!! Room lovely and great having the separate lounge area. We have been travelling around California for the last few weeks from New Zealand and this hotel is voted the kid's favourite so far!!

  Was greeted at check-in with a glass of white wine. Just what I needed after a long day at work! The staff are happy and have great personalities.
