The staff was very helpful. I had to make some changes to my reservation
when I arrived. The rooms were clean and didnt have that hotel smell. We
always stay at this Red Roof when we are in San Antonio. The staff will
even help you plan some affordable family fun if you have questions.
Absolutely worth the price. -

Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Thank you for a great weekend trip!!

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites where there wasn't enough room for the evening reception or breakfast. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff. Liked the location - an easy walk to the bars and restaurants on the Riverwalk but just far enough away that noise was not a problem.

Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! -
Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

I loved the modern look of the interior. The room was spotless and the main bed comfy. It's close enough to walk to many of the main attractions of San Antonio like The Alamo, The Riverwalk and numerous museums. Staff was very helpful and friendly. -

Rooms and Toilets were clean and well maintained. Liked the rates at which the rooms were provided. Requested for an extension for 24 hours after checking in and it was accommodated. -
It was clean & quiet, housekeeping did a great job. I really liked being able to check out from our room since we were leaving quite early in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The room they gave me was clean and nice
I felt like I was living in a big house =) The staff was very nice,
helpful & respectful. Their continental breakfast was excellent
compare to some hotels. Definitely going to book my room again at this
place next time I visit San Antonio Texas =) -
