So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

This Hampton Inn was the 2nd nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in many. The first being the new Hampton Inn in Charlotte , NC. The room was very big. The key entry everywhere made me feel secure. The pools handicap chairs made me feel like you care about all your guest and their needs. I liked the facilities on the second floor, everything was accessible.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

The warm cookies, really helpful staff, shower pressure, the free bottled water was a massive highlight to us and has set a personal standard. Also having the opportunity to check in early was amazing after getting off an overnight flight.

Concierge was very friendly and helpful. We were there for US Open & he gave info on transportation and tv viewing, as well as the great Spanish restaurant in the hotel. Spanish staff and food of restaurant delightful! AM desk concierge also beyond call of duty on offering assistance. Very nice beds too. -

The bathrooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. The TVs are

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be.
