Some of the staff-Desk front officer were really wonderful and real good but CARRINE and FASHON were too unique especially Fashon, she so is lovely, friendly, polite, humble and never got angry for even once. She should be given Excellence and too outstanding for the next promotion. Please promote her She is good -

Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! Good kitc

The Staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. Paul was very nice; but Bernard was outstanding. He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Great place to stay if you know what you are going for. It does not have a front desk. It's all through a password you'll get in the e-mail. It's actually a house in those english styles neighborhoods. Everything inside was clean and nice. The room had a private bathroom which is great. The internet was also very fast. I totally recomend the place

As long as you understand that this is a "guest house," not a
hotel, not a b & b, and you understand that it is converted old
home, you should have a wonderful time. Don't expect the staffing of
a hotel. I chose it for the convenience to the Medstar Hospital complex
and it was very easy to travel there. I loved the availability of shared
kitchen and living spaces. The owner was very friendly, helpful and
concerned that my stay was a success.

Great experience start to finish. The online concierge was very
responsive. Not only arranged for early check-in, texted to tell us the
room was ready. Apartment was spotless. Granite & stainless kitchen.
Free wifi. Building was beautiful -- be sure to check the view from the

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed, appealing and
comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully
close to the attractions we wanted to see. The rooftop courtyard was a
nice bonus - we could see a number of recognizable memorials /
attractions from it. The parking took a couple fo turns around the block
before I identified it, but the parking staff were excellent. Also, the
parking price was one of the best for the accomodations I considered.

Really great location on a busy street but the apartment faces the internal courtyard so is very quiet. The AC is also whisper quiet...a rarity around the US! The location was great. Facilities were perfect. This was such a great change from a standard hotel room. We were provided with the amenities and comfort of a home away from home. The Metro, grocery store, waterfront, parking were all a few steps away.

Concierge and booking staff were very helpful during our stay. Location was perfect for sightseeing, with many major sights within walking distance & the metro a few blocks away. Apt was spacious & much cheaper than a downtown hotel. We'd highly recommend staying here.
