Location at Christmastime was perfect! Very helpful staff. Free filtered water on each floor a nice touch. Our room had a veranda which gave us an even better view of Rockefeller Center.

Pretty much liked it all! No complaints

I had a room with kitchen, so I could do my own breakfast, nice & simple, without getting out of my PJ's. Great room, spacious, coulda stayed there a month without feeling cramped. GREAT for a solo 64 yr old "matron"- we only eat "big" once a day, y'know, so NOT having to go off-site for all my food was SO RELAXING!

nothing. IF I hadnt had the option to make my own coffee in the AM, & heat up a Pain Chocolat from the Dean & DeLuca's around the corner, & keep some soup & some OJ & cheese & crackers & an apple or 2 in the room, well, you woulda been nice but still not "home"-

The location was fantastic. The amenities were really nice.

the price was high, but then again, it is Manhattan and I was there over the Thanksgiving weekend.

great location. Were able to easily go back and forth to the Broadway theaters. Was really nice to be in front of Rockefeller Center and just 3 blocks from Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art.

The location is fantastic! The view over the Rockfeller Center is really worth admiration! I also appreciated the fitness area and watar fauntains on the floors.

I like the staff who are friendly and fast to provide what I need. They are also polite and honest and I'm free to put my valuable in the room and my belongings were still in the same place where I put it.

They don't have 24 hour room service so when you are hungry you can't buy food in the hotel

Incredible location for the price. Quiet. Very clean. Lots to see near by, all in walking distance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially a young lady by the name of Lauren. She went way above and beyond what was called for when we had an unexpected situation to deal with. The location is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would obviously stay there again.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient. All our requests were met quickly and correctly. The superior room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Water, coffee and tea available 24 hours on the second floor. The location is fantastic.

We were very impressed with the minimalist design which provided everything necessary. Very up to date tech-wise (even lending I-pads). The location is incredible! Perfect.

We particularly liked the location which was opposite the Rockefella Centre and one minutes walk to 5th Avenue.

Its Like Club Quarters but just so much better, new, clean, more staff.

Front facing rooms a little small but you get a great view. Back facing are bigger but no view.

It's rather business oriented without Restaurant (link to a next-door Hotel resto) and reception limited to the essential.

Fantastic location, great views, one staff member in particular gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, shows to see, etc. Even though room tiny still very comfortable. Air conditioner was not working when we arrived late evening and a call to the front desk had the problem fixed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

No refrigerator. Wardrobe too small to accommodate our suitcases.

Location is number 1!, friendly staff, amazing location opposite rockfeller center & off 5th av. Clean, free water and gym, coffee. We have stayed more luxury hotels in nyc but definately next time jewel ll be first choice! No noice as well( got room facing indoors)

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly.

I would have appreciated the staff telling us a bit more about the services that were available in the hotel on check in. We were in a rush most of our trip and it would have been great to know there was coffee available in the living room.

Location is great - Rock Ctr. right across the street, shopping, dining and theaters. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Volume on tv didn't work well - sounds kept cutting out. No AC in the Fitness Ctr. - or fans.
