Room was nicely decorated and updated bathrooms were super clean. Good size room for New York. Great value for the money. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were small but updated and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site (Butter) was excellent.

No signage outside the hotel so it was hard to find.

Location was fantastic and hotel provided good solid services and comfort

We chose the hotel because it was supposed to have a gym but by the time we actually travelled there the gym was under renovation nod not available. My friends tried to find the facilities that were somewhere around the corner try could access, but could not find them.

The location , the style of the hotel, I would def go back..

There was some of it getting work done so some of it was closed off but because of the location it was near food places so didnt matter if there was no restaurant in it.

The location of the hotel was very good. The bell boys were extremely helpful. It is a clean hotel.

I reserved a room with two beds and then told I could not have done that online. There very few extras at this hotel. No room service. Restaurant is really only for breakfast and very pricey.

Thanks to Stephanie, she was very polite, other guys also were just perfect. Great location, 5min to Time Square and 5th avenue.

Internet was charged separately. A bit expensive for my taste.

Excellent location close to Times Square. The bed is so comfortable & the rooms overall is very modern with lovely toiletries, robes & slippers supplied...which was a real surprise as the hotel is very very reasonably priced for nyc. The staff were very helpful too. We got to the hotel around midday & our room was ready...which is always nice after a long flight.

Really disappointed at the cost of wifi...$15 For 24 hours!!

Location is good, the fact that you can book in at anytime and have immediate access to your room, Eric at the front desk are giving guests very good customer service, bathroom and shower facility are great,

no free wifi, breakfast not good value for money, breakfast could be included in hotel asking prices for what they are offering, double bed is very short and narrow, no free coffee or tea available in the room,

The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The bathroom is generous in size and very modern and bright.

Rooms are a bit small in size (we were in Grand Deluxe) and also not enough lighting at night time.

The staff were exceptional, especially the concierge. Highly recommend the Cassa. Great location, central to everything. As I stayed for 12 days my room was upgraded which was just lovely and made it all more enjoyable.

Accommodation in New York is just very pricey, I did get value for money with my accommodation, when compared to other comparable hotels.

My only complaint- the pillows too soft...i was using 4 to sleep and still felt too low on the bed but that's if you like sleeping a bit propped up....otherwise no negatives

We stayed for a week in 2 rooms classified as 'superior doubles' - there was only a tiny amount of wardrobe /storage space so we had to keep our clothes in cases- a real pain!. The windows of both rooms were v dirty. WIFI v expensive

Excellent location to Times Square and restaurants and theaters. Modern and clean. Nice minibar and toiletries. Umbrella service was great to have on our rainy weekend. Nice robes.

Room size is very small. No shelves in the shower to put any toiletries or soap etc. no hooks on bathroom hooks on wall to hang towels and robes. No coffee or tea making facilities. Tiny tabletop ironing board with no surfaces to put it on.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cassa hotel. I can not comment on the standard room we should have stayed in, because we were upgraded to an exec room which was very nice especially the size of the bed it was very much appreciated. The location is perfect, close to most things we wanted to see. The staff were very helpful, it was our first trip to New York we definately want to visit again and yes we would stay at the Cassa hotel again.
