Everything was great
1.) I broke my key in lock within first five minutes!! An assistant fixed my problem immediately. 2.) I left hanging clothes in room and was called after I checked out and was able to return and retrieve them. (Excellent)

for a four stars hotel, the Breakfast is not so good
Booked 2 bed room and was able to obtain single bed @ same price. Staff friendly and helpful. 1/2 block from Bourbon Street/Great Location. New Orleans is a great town and very affordable (esp. compared to Vegas). Would definately stay again @ Prince Conti.
Lobby much much smaller than pictures suggest. Was just fine though.
It was 3/4's of a block from Bourbon St. and centrally located. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. After a day or two separation from the loud music on Bourbon St. is appreciated if you are a light sleeper. The hotel has a historic feel to it. The staff was cordial and freindly. The continental breakfast was not great but adequate.

There were a few deferred maintenance issues with the hotel, but nothing that really took away from my stay.

We know New Orleans and loved this hotel for the location and thecomfort.We have stayed there many times in the past. The Bombay Club hasgreat martinis and the continental breakfast was good.

I was double billed for my first night only to told after 4 days I guess at least they caught it. The valet service was a pain in the butt and had an attitude and stood around the corner watching me everytime i needed to get something out of my car and then made a comment about what i got and once after parking my car i noticed i forgot something and ran back down and he wanted my ticket again when he just parkand at check out was so trigger happy with the keys even looked my daughter in the car
