bed was hard as a rock--despite laying on the 6 provided pillows, could not sleep all night.
Hotel was nice, staff was very nice and informative.
I misread and thought there was a complimentary breakfast, but that was not the case. The prices in the on site restaurant were a bit high. Noise from in the hall from people walking and talking late at night came through into the room very clearly. Not much noise proofing between hallway and door to hotel room. Other than that, room very quiet.
Staff was very helpful and excellent service . Will stay there again , my next visit there.

When we booked we were told breakfast was included and it wasn't and with five people we were not paying the prices for the food there. The tv had no channels for kids that didn't cost extra money. We asked for more towels and shampoo and never got either. We picked u Your hotel because you had a pool And it was so cold the kids didn't want to use.

Instead of a double queen bed room, we were given a room with a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and did not have any linen, pillows, etc.

The carpet in our room was wet due to an air conditioning leak from the room above. We didn't find out why the carpet was wet until we were checking out. The staff should have moved us to a different room or gave us a discount on the room we were in.

Jason, the manager was very helpful when we ran into some troubles with our stay. He helped us come up with a solution to the problem we were having and helped ease some of the stress.
The front desk staff was not helpful at all. When we found out that our booking somehow got cancelled and there were no other rooms available for that night, one of the girls just handed us a phone number of a hotel 30 minutes away and told us to try to find somewhere else to stay. The hotel was definitely overpriced for the location and what they had to offer guests. Breakfast in the morning was horrible- everything was cold!
