The hotel staff was great and very helpful, the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the beach, and there are nice restaurants right across the street, that serve an excellent breakfast and dinner. You are right in the middle of everything, but the hotel is still very quiet. Great selection of TV Channels, in case you do have a rainy afternoon (Sports Channels!) and complimentary phone calls.

Complementary breakfast, wireless, beach towels and chairs, bicycles and the best of all unlimited international calls! Location great for restaurant options without the need of a car. 2 blocks from the beach. Parkhouse 2 blocks away very convenient. We were very impressed and would certainly return!. The looks could be deceiving. At first it looked old and country, but everything changes as soon as you step into the elevator. The rooms are modern and clean. Perfect for a getaway when you are on a budget. The location is awesome! Lots of restaurants and shops. Great place. I really liked the location in a very cosy street where no cars are allowed,close to everything! The price of the hotel is very affordable! The staff is good. I advise to everyone the fantastic restaurant near this hotel,the name is Ostoria Romania-excellent food!!!. The hotel is new, rooms are wide, clean, with nice furnitures, a big flat tv, large bathroom, a kitchen and a fridge. Position is ok, 2 blocks from south beach and just 1 from Licoln road. Friendly staff. Free towels and chairs for the beach, water is complimentary. The hotel was the perfect no frills option. Room was clean and updated. King sized bed was super comfortable. It is in a prime location in South Beach so the street facing rooms overlooking multiple cafes, restaurants could be noisy. No breakfast. parking is not the best - but thats a general problem in miami beach! currently (aug 2013) no internet in the rooms (2nd floor), but you can use it in the lobby. Nothing. no wifi in room and bugs. They have extra 12 dolar+tax hidden fee after room price and tax. I stayed 1 night and I am not sure is this fee for per night or only once. Resort fee (added cost with no value), 4 bikes never available, no coffee pot in room, no pool, no parking. Brand new, there were a few "teething problems" from which the manager welcomed feedback and promised to rectify. Small bathroom and counter space, no chair. Nowhere to sit in the room other than the bed.The room is big enough for a small table and two chairs No facility to boil water for coffee/tea and no dishcloth/tea towel. Also need a light above the kitchen, perhaps under the microwave. No parking.. Room 303 had very limited wardrobe space. A better design of the room layout would had better. Kitchen had not cutlery, plates or nothing. Just cupboards with nothing in. No coffee making in room to make own. No kettle or toaster. The hotel need to invest in a Hoover as these very not available. This hotel is noisy until 3.20am so not good if you are intending to sleep during the first half of the night. Internet wasn't working properly on the third floor.
