  The Hotel was very good for me, I was not expecting the good surprise, considering that I made the booking in less than a week. I arrived at the hotel at 08h30am after travelling for 24h between flights and stopovers and I desperately needed a shower. If you want to do anything just as the staff. No bellboy which is brilliant for first time travellers to the states, no awkward moment when your not sure what to tip. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests.   It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am. The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean.
