Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. It was close to everything; shopping, Santa Monica Pier, great restaurants and bars; couldn't have asked for a better location. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.
The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The
folks at the front desk and valet parking were also very friendly and
helpful. We had a problem with our tv and it was resolved within 30

Convenient to eateries and shops on foot, as well as to the beach. Never took my car out of the garage.

Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and public spaces, though somewhat smaller than larger hotels were pleasing and quite comfortable. Amenities which included 24/7 coffee and beverage service were very much appreciated. The breakfast was both delicious and "homey." Throughout my stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, although far from the beach, is situated in a very convenient location. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Channel Road Inn. It was a wonderful starting point for our walks to the Santa Monica Pier along the beach and back along Ocean Avenue. The restaurants nearby were very good and the staff at the inn were very helpful and pleasant. All in all, we would return again and again and tell our friends, too. -

OMG....I would like to start out by saying this hotel was amazing and the staff from the day I got there till the morning I left were friendly and inviting. They treated us with so much passion. Lastly, the hotel is awesome the elevator was way cool. I couldn't help but to take a video while I proceed down the elevator. And the room was the icing on the cake. Loved this hotel. Great location, a stone throw from Venice beach & muscle beach, but still lovely & quiet. Really quirky design throughout the hotel. We stayed on the top floor which I think were new rooms. Absolutely lovely. Rooftop bar is a must at sunset and the menu mainly for snacks is really tasty. Would definitely stay here again.
